I had Mr. Gullifor for two years of biology. He was the reason I majored in biology going to college. He was a true inspiration.

I had the good fortune of being a student in Mr. Gullifor's biology class at WHS 50 years ago. He was certainly one of the best teachers in my academic life and I have remembered him warmly and respectfully over all these years. Our condolences to the entire Gullifor family.

Thank you for being an inspiration to countless Panthers. Thank you for teaching me how to compete and give my all. Your example has led me to my career as a teacher, a coach, and a warrior in our fights with Parkinson's! I am rejoicing for you in Heaven and praying for those left on Earth.

Rose,

Barbara and I send our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Pat. Although our contacts over the past 22 years have been mainly related to Hermitage events and across the back yard greetings we have considered you good friends. We take comfort in knowing Pat no longer struggles physically and that he is enjoying the presence of his Savior. Be assured of our prayers in the days ahead. Unfortunately The doctor doesn't want me to go out as long as I have this infection.

Dear Rose and Family, Dean Emeritus Dr. Gary Wegenke of Western Michigan University.'s College of Education,, who taught with Pat at Washington High School, told us that Pat was the most "complete educator" he had ever met.. Ed,, who did his student teaching at Gerstmeyer, High School, was so proud of his cousin Rose Marie and her boyfriend Pat who were both outstanding students there and led every organization in the school Pat covered himself with glory in coaching, instructing and administrating at Washington. The same spirit he used in teaching and coaching was emblematic of his fight with a debilitating condition with Rose's remarkable support. Best of all, Pat and Rose have four wonderful children. What a blessed life!

Pat was my mentor teacher at Ohs when I started teaching. I could not have had a better person in that role.
