Randall L. McElravy

Randall L. McElravy, 75, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 10:46 p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Elkhart General Hospital.  Randall was born on November 1, 1942 in Kittaning, Pennsylvania to Randall Boyd McElravy and Velma (Bailey) McElravy.  He had lived in South Bend since 1962.  Randall retired from Kocolene Oil Company, where he was employed for 30 years.  On January 19, 1962, in the First Baptist Church, Kittaning, Pennsylvania, he married Judy R. Grey, who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Laura (Andy) McDaniel of Mishawaka, Indiana and Scott (Stephanie) McElravy of Elkhart, Indiana; six grandchildren, Joseph, Jennifer, Daniel, David, Katy Jo, and Elise; three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Caleb, and Travis; one sister, Delores Slagle of Kittaning, Pennsylvania; and one brother, Brian McElravy of Kittaning, Pennsylvania.  Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive.  A visitation will take place from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Randall was a United States Navy Veteran.  He enjoyed restoring old cars and was a NASCAR collector.  He loved feeding the squirrels and fishing.  Memorial Contributions may be directed to Randall’s family to help defray funeral and burial expenses.To send online condolences, please visit kaniewski.com
