Randall D. Passwater, 56, of New Paris, Indiana passed away at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in Goshen Hospital.  Randall was born on May 8, 1961 in South Bend, Indiana to William F. and Hildegard L. (Koch) Passwater.  He was employed as a Maintenance Electrician at Monogram Foods. Randall had also worked for McCormick Foods in South Bend.  On August 13, 2011 in the Epworth United Methodist Church, he married Leslie R. Leiter, who survives.  He is also survived by two daughters, Ashlee (Dwayne) Wardlow of Goshen, Indiana and Jordann (Aaron) Fosnough of Millersburg, Indiana; three grandchildren, Trinitee, Bradyn, and Kamden; two sisters, Vickie S. Perkins and Christina M. Passwater both of South Bend, Indiana; two brothers, Stephan W. (Kathleen) Passwater of Rolling Prairie, Indiana and Michael F.  Passwater  of South Bend, Indiana; his sister-in-law, Linda Passwater of South Bend, Indiana; and by many nieces and nephews.  Randall was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hildegard Passwater; his brother, William H. Passwater; and his sister- in-law, Deborah Passwater.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2017 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana.  Committal Services and Burial will take place at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Goshen, Indiana.  A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.  Randall was an IBEW Union member.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, vacationing in Siesta Key Florida, hummingbirds, spending time outdoors, Harry Potter and Civil War reenactments. He was a die hard Green Bay Packers fan.  Randall loved beagles, especially “Misty”.  He loved his family and his grandchildren.  Memorial Contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.  To send online condolences, please visit kaniewski.com
