Victoria Sikorski

Victoria Sikorski, 71, of South Bend, passed away on Monday August 30, 2021 at Hamilton Communities in New Carlisle.  She was born on June 26, 1950, to the late Peter, Jr. and Marjorie (Griffis) Kaminski and was a lifelong area resident. On September 25, 1971, in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in New Carlisle, she married James Sikorski, who preceded her in death in March of 2011.  She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Sikorski of South Bend, her son Jason (Amy) Sikorski of Melrose, WI; four grandchildren, Trevor, Jesse, Jackson and Abbigail; four brothers, Thomas (Janine) Kaminski of San Antonio, TX, Peter (Arlene) Kaminski of New Carlisle, Fred (Debbie) Kaminski of Pinola, IN and Dan (Kathy) Kaminski of Cummings, GA, a sister, Jane (Steve) Sonntag of Greenwood, IN and by Marcella Nowicki of North Liberty, IN, Pauline Holland of South Bend, IN and many cherished nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed visiting with her children and grandchildren and communicating with family all across the country through Facebook.  A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday September, 5, 2021, at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, where friends may visit with the family for 2 hours prior to the service.  Cremation will follow and burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend at a later date.
