Vera Bartmess
Born Feb 11th 1927, to Edith & Edward Darling in London,England.
Vera was a war bride, married to Thomas Bartmess Nov. 17th, 1945 in London, England and came to the United States soon after.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Susan (Harry) McClaran, Marie Bartmess, 2 sons, William (Julie) Bartmess, Allen (Kim) Bartmess, all of New Carlisle. 1 Sister Elizabeth Baker of London, England. 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren & 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Bartmess, parents Edith & Edward Darling, 7 siblings, 2 grandchildren, son-in-law and many loved ones.
Funeral will be Weds August 16th 2023 at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 201 S Filbert St, New Carlisle.
Viewing will be from 11 am to 1 pm, Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Cemetery following.
