Thomas S. Brittain

Thomas S. Brittain, 84, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 4:32 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2026, in Memorial Hospital.  Thomas was born on August 24, 1941 in South Bend, Indiana to Thomas and Betty (Roberts) Brittain. He served in the United States Army from 1960 -1966. Thomas retired from the UA Local 172 Plumbers and Pipefitters, where he was employed as Master Plumber and Pipefitter.  Thomas is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Andrzejewski) Brittain; three daughters, Dawn Elm, Tammy (Dena) Brittain, and Kerry (Bill) Constantine; one son, Corey Brittain; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Riley, William, Jack, Payton and Brennan; one step-brother, Brad (Tina) Brubaker; one step-sister, Laury Brubaker; and a cousin, Liz Simeri.  A private graveside service was held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
