Thomas Michael Skrzypiec

Thomas Michael Skrzypiec, 75, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born on February 26, 1950 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Thaddeus and Eveline (Grabarz) Skrzypiec. Thomas is survived by one sister, Patricia (Michael) Senesac of South Bend, Indiana, one brother, Greg (Mikki) Skrzypiec of South Bend, Indiana, four nieces and nephews, Hillary (Travis) Jeffery, Michael (Rachel) Senesac, Jr., Stephanie (Brian) LaCluyze, Alan (Megan) Skrzypiec and many great nieces and nephews.

Thomas graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1968. He later received a bachelors degree from Indiana University South Bend. He was one of the founders of the Sigma Pi Fraternity at Indiana University South Bend. He was a CPA and served as the Controller for the Jamil Packaging Corp. Thomas enjoyed gardening, family get togethers, and monthly luncheons with his friends.

A visitation for Thomas will be held on Monday, March, 17, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 3526 St. John’s Way, South Bend, IN 46628 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Thomas’s honor.
