Theresa M. Sommer, 57, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021. Theresa was born on November 18, 1964 in South Bend. She had been employed as a clerk with UPS for twenty years. Theresa was preceded in death by her son, Adam M. Knapp on February 3, 2013. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Janice and Fred Wolak of South Bend, Indiana; and her two aunts, Janie VanWynsberghe and Becky (Cecil) Brummet. The family is planning to have a Memorial Service at a later date. Theresa enjoyed cooking, listening to music, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
