Ronald Lee Keehn

Ron passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka, Indiana. Born Ronald Lee Keehn to Edward and Alice (Reeves) Keehn on May 20, 1950. He graduated from Rolling Prairie high. Ron was a 4-Her showing is Ayrshire cows. Raised on a farm his passion and love of farming lasted his lifetime. He worked at the Rolling Prairie co-op; he liked working with the other area farmers. In later years if you needed your yard mowed, Ron was your guy. Ron loved Ayrshire cows, Case Tractors, Indiana University sports and country music. He liked helping his nieces and nephews with their 4-H cows. A country boy his best memories were of milk fights in the barn, a backyard football game with his brothers and friends, a beer at Sherm’s tavern in Saugany Lake after a day of baling hay or a night of snowmobiling. He loved Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. He would help anyone who needed help, he never wanted anything in return.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Gerald. He is survived by Leo, Dave and Sis and so many special nieces and nephews.

Ron is at peace now and we are happy for that, but also sad as we will miss him.
