Rita Marie Bicek Obituary

Rita Marie Bicek, 100, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 9:19 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025, in Briarcliff Health and Rehabilitation. Rita was born on October 26, 1924 in South Bend to John Derucki, Sr. and Celia Derucki. She had been formerly employed in the Loan Department with First Federal Savings. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bicek; three sisters, Florence, Donna, and Irene; and two brothers, Stanley and Raymond. She is survived by her brother, John (Linda) Derucki of Fremont, Ohio. A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Friday, February 14. 2025, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana.
