Paul F. Niezgodzki

Paul F. Niezgodzki, 81, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 3, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Modest J. and Irene J. (Gierzynski) Niezgodzki. On November 5, 1963 he married Karen K. Koska who survives. Paul is also survived by two daughters, Kallie (Mark) Young of South Bend, Indiana, Beth Toner of South Bend, Indiana, two grandchildren, Lacie (Josh) Klosinski of South Bend, Indiana and Spencer Toner of South Bend, Indiana and one great grandchild, Jason Klosinski. He was also preceded in death by one son in law, Craig S. Toner.

Paul was a 1960 graduate of St. Joseph High School. He was a United States Airforce veteran from 1960-1965. He worked as a South Bend Police Officer for thirty-three years. He was a member of the F.O.P. Lodge #36. He was an active member of the Michiana Corvette Club. Paul was an avid golfer. He was a fun, warm, and loving husband, father and Dziadzie who loved spending time with his family.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr. South Bend, IN from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday August 19, 2024 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Southlawn cemetery.
