Patty Ann Marlin, 80 of New Carlisle, IN passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 at Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 21st, 1941 in LaPorte, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Nellie Shaffer, her son Donald G. Layne, her grandson Dillon Denham, her great grandson, Michael James Layne, her son in law Bert Walton, her Sister Ethel Gento and her brother Elmer Shaffer Jr. She is survived by her daughters Pam (Bert) Walton, Linda (Larry) Henderson, Shanna Denham, her son William Marlin and her grandchildren Cristin (Cole) Keller, Cassie Walton, Crystal Cole, Kenny McCarty, Jr., Bert Walton Jr., Destiny Denham, Great grandchildren Hailee Keller, Cole Keller, Hanna Wilcox, Heidi Wilcox and Hope Wilcox, Great Great Grandchild Gracelyn Wilcox, her sister Jessie Gall and her brother Wesley Shaffer. There will be a dinner at a later date to celebrate her life.
