Patricia R. Miller

Patricia R. Miller, 96, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 6:07 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2025, in Healthwin Specialized Care.  Patricia was born on February 22, 1929 in South Bend to Frank and Caroline (Marek) Ratajczak, and was a lifelong resident.  She retired in 2003 from American Greeting Corporation.  On April 22, 1950 in South Bend she married Jack C. Miller, who preceded her in death on February 26, 2012.  She was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen Zawierucha; and four brothers, Louis, Peter, Benjamin and Arthur Ratajczak.  Patricia is survived by three daughters, Jacqueline (Randy) Hein of LaPorte, Indiana,  Vivian Miller and Michele (Mark) Haluda both of South Bend, Indiana; two sons, Daniel (Judi) Miller and Patrick (Kathy) Miller both of South Bend, Indiana; ten grandchildren, Chelsa Blasko-Muse, Carla Blasko, Tiffany Blasko, Michael (Becky) Blasko, Nique (Kevin) Gaughan, Megan (Steven) Carlson, Mary Miller, Sara Haluda, Andrew (Robyn) Haluda and Jennifer (Scott) Soos; and fifteen great-grandchildren, Daveyonta Logan, Adam Blasko, Lucas Smith, Bisbee Muse, Ellie Blasko, Ludo Blasko, Moira Gaughan, Abigale Haluda, Aubrey Haluda, Jack Haluda, Clay Soos, Sawyer Soos, Claire Carlson, Scarlet Carlson and Bryce Wilson.  To honor Patricia’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.  Patricia was a 1947 graduate of Washington High School. She was a member of Holy Family Church.  Memorial Contributions should be directed to Healthwin Specialized Care.  Kaniewski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
