Martha Cecilia Washburn

Martha Cecilia (“Ceci”) Washburn, 84, of New Carlisle, IN, passed away on Friday August 8, 2025 at Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle, IN. She was born on November 22, 1940, in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to the late Eduardo and Martha (Aida) Peró. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Washburn, her brother, Raul Peró, and her granddaughter Natalie Bougher. Martha is survived by her son, Joseph Kreitinger of National City, CA, and her two daughters, Pamela Moreno of Ellensburg, WA and Carla Jozwiak of Hudson Lake, IN, as well as her seven grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great grandchildren. In her career, Martha worked as a First-Level Supervisor for 20 years at the Pacific Bell Telephone Company in San Diego, CA, and, after retiring, she worked in real estate.
