In Loving Memory of Leonard Denien
Leonard Denien, a beloved husband, father, and successful entrepreneur, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024, at his home in Granger, Indiana. He was born on March 24, 1948, in Wrightwood, CA, to John and Flora Denien.
Leonard was a dedicated entrepreneur who found joy in woodworking and riding his motorcycle. His entrepreneurial spirit and craftsmanship left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was also a devoted member of Saint Mark Catholic Church, where his presence and kindness enriched the community.
Leonard is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Joan Mckernan, and his children, Anthony and Chelsea Denien. He will be remembered for his generosity, passion for life, and unwavering faith.
A Mass to celebrate Leonard's life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 5, 2024, at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Niles, Michigan, followed by burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at St. Mark's Catholic church in his honor at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Mark Catholic Church in honor of Leonard's memory.
