Jimmie L. Price

Jimmie L. Price, 73, of South Bend, passed away on Tuesday January 4, 2022.  He was born on November 5, 1948 in Mishawaka, IN and was a lifelong area resident.  He was preceded in death by his Father, Reynolds E. Price, Step Dad Robert Terry, Mother, Mary F. (Lefler) Terry and his daughter, Judith Rupchock.  He is survived by his son James L. Price of South Bend IN; five grandchildren, Travis, Danielle, Sarah, Emily Rose and Michaela, his sister Modena K. (Kenneth) Hoover of South Bend and 11 great-grandchildren.  Mr. Price worked as a machinist for Curtis Products for 5 years and was a US Army Veteran, where he served in Germany during peacetime.  A visitation will be held on Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. January 11, 2022 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr. South Bend.  A funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Red Cross.  To send online condolences, please visit www.kaniewski.com
