Jeffrey Alan Borkowski, 62, of Idaho Falls, Idaho passed away June 23, 2026, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Jeffrey was born October 28, 1963, in South Bend, Indiana, to Ladislaus “Walter” J. Borkowski and Sabina “Sally” M. Wawrzyniak Borkowski. He attended Saint Adalbert Grade School, Saint Joseph High School, The University of Notre Dame and Penn State University.
On October 21, 2000, Jeffrey married Rachel Radomski in South Bend, Indiana. Jeffrey and Rachel made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jeffrey worked for Studsvik as a Nuclear Engineer.
Jeffrey enjoyed golf, long drives, spending time with his son Max, and daughter-in-law Ray.
Jeffrey is survived by his son, Max L. and his wife Ray Borkowski of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his brother, Christopher Borkowski of South Bend, Indiana; his sister, Jennifer L. (Steven) Roschek of South Bend, Indiana; his father-in-law, Manny; many cousins; and numerous friends and coworkers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Borkowski, his parents, Ladislaus “Walter” and Sabina “Sally” Borkowski, mother-in-law, Susan, and several aunts and uncles, Jane Woltman, Stella Jankowski, Eleanor Kubasik, Irene Pajakowski, Sr. Luisa Wawrzyniak, Edward Wawrzyniak, and cousins, James (Jim) Jankowski, Robert (Bobby) Kubasik, William (Bill) Pajakowski, Janice Wawrzyniak and Rita Kane.
A visitation and Mass will be held at a later date.
Memorial Contributions should be directed to the St. Adalbert Building Restoration Fund.
