Jed M. McClure

Jed M. McClure, 47, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 7:01 a.m.   Monday, January 20, 2025, in IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.  Jed was born on December 13, 1977 in Elkhart, Indiana to Riley McClure, Sr. and Shirley Hoopingarner McClure, who both preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his brother Riley McClure, Jr.  Jed is survived by three daughters, Hanna McClure, Marissa McClure and Mackenzie Mishler all of South Bend, Indiana; one son, Gavin McClure of South Bend, Indiana; one grandson, Luca Wiggins; and his sister, Shelia Ball of Elkhart, Indiana.  A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2025, in the Elkhart Northside Nazarene Church. Jed enjoying long car rides while listening to music. He liked going on boat rides and liked going to the beach to get some sun. He loved cleaning the yard and making sure everything was cleaned and he was very organized. Jed loved playing pool and cards with his friends. He loved having cookouts and making his yummy ribs that everyone loved and feeding everyone. Whenever he had to fart, he always squat one leg up and said “I got a friend for you” then farts. Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
