May 21, 1943 - March 21, 2021

Jane York, 78, passed away on March 21, 2021 at Cardinal Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in South Bend, Indiana.

She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Franklyn Joseph and Shirley Turner (Fox) York.

Jane was a graduate of Bentley High School in Livonia, Michigan and was an artist, skilled in pottery and sculpture.

Surviving are her siblings Ann York Gentry (Ronald) of South Bend, Indiana, Mary York Gentry (Thomas Tiplady) of Ypsilanti, Michigan and David Allen York (Barbara Bruder) of Traverse City, Michigan. Jane leaves eight nieces and nephews and many cousins. We will miss you, Janey!

Jane’s family would like to thank, beyond measure, the staff at Cardinal Nursing Home and Harbor Light-Traditions Hospice for their thoughtful care and kindness.

Memorial services will take place in Plymouth, Michigan at a later date. Interment with family attending has taken place at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth Michigan.
