James Edward Segers

James Edward Segers, 73, Niles, MI, passed Sunday in his home. Survivors include wife, Connie (Fausak), 2 daughters, Tarae and Rachel, 2 sons, Jeremy and Bryan, 2 grandchildren, Madison and Evelyn, 3 sisters, Mary Klavinski, Trish Lilly and Caroline Potter and a brother, Crawford Segers. He was preceded in death by son, Troy and 5 siblings, Elizabeth Smith, John Segers, Glenda Manwarren, Robert Segers and Ruthie Keyes. James was a US Army Veteran and an active member of the Portage Prairie Church and DeColores Ministries. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday at Portage Prairie Church, Niles, MI, with visitation at 9:30. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
