Dr. Frank W. Perusek

Dr. Frank W. Perusek, 86, of Granger, Indiana passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at StoryPoint in Granger, Indiana. He was born on December 6, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Frank W. and Dorothy (Barga) Perusek. On July, 24, 1971 he married Joan T. Jenczewski who survives him. Frank is also survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Joshua) Hayes, one sister, Sharon (Tony) Krysiak, one brother Allen Perusek, two sister-in-law’s, Lorraine Sieradzki and Evelyn (Dennis) Horvath and many nieces and nephews.

Frank was an Ohio State University graduate. He loved to watch the Buckeye football games. Frank was a longtime Veterinarian. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors especially fishing.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at St. Pius X Catholic Church with visitation for one hour prior to the mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Frank’s honor.
