Christian Michael Paczkowski

Christian Michael Paczkowski, 50, of Granger, Indiana passed away unexpectedly with his family by his side on Thursday, September 30, 2021. He was born on November 4, 1970 in South Bend, Indiana to DeVon and Lorraine (Swartz) Paczkowski both whom survive. He is also survived by two daughters, Melissa Paczkowski of Granger, Indiana, Angela Paczkowski of Richmond, Indiana, two grandchildren, Carson Sainato and Landyn Paczkowski, one sister, Jill (Ron) Zook of Granger, Indiana, one brother, Michael Paczkowski of Mishawaka, Indiana, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is also survived by his lifelong best friend Tom Whitehead. Christian was also preceded in death by one niece, Abigail Zook.

Papa Chris enjoyed playing video games with Carson and watching Landyn ride his bicycle and look for bugs.  Chris was a guitar enthusiast.  He loved hard rock and would jam to George Thorogood.  He also loved fishing on his boat with Melissa when she was a little girl.   There wasn't an animal that Chris didn't show affection.  His dog, Trixie, will truly miss him.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in St. Pius X Church, 52553 Fir Rd., Granger, IN 46530 from 10:00 until 11:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am in the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
