Anne Marie Hyduk, 72, of South Bend, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, November 8, 2025, in her home. Anne was born on April 4, 1953 in South Bend, Indiana to John and Bernice (Kominkiewicz) Hyduk, and was a lifelong resident. She retired from Memorial Hospital where she was employed for 42 years. She worked in the Emergency Room for 28 years and 14 years as an Administrative Supervisor. Anne is survived by her brother, Terry Hyduk of South Bend, Indiana; and two of her best friends, Tom Kowalski and Candance Andresen. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bernice Hyduk. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2025 in St. John the Baptist Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana, where the Beacon Nursing Honor Guard will hold a Nurse Tribute Service at 4:30 p.m. Anne was a graduate of Purdue School of Nursing. She enjoyed golfing and had a hole in one at Bowlers County Club. Anne attended the Notre Dame Football National Championship Sugar Bowl Game in 1973 in New Orleans where Notre Dame defeated Alabama. Anne was a loving, kind person who always put others before herself.
