Dear “Kitty” and “Billy”, and your families. I am so very sorry for your recent loss. I lived for about seven years across the street from your store and home on Linden Avenue and read with sadness and renewed memories of you, Don, and Sophie, and visits with you at the store and your upstairs residence. I have wondered for many years, while visiting my grandparents in our old residence, what happened to your family after we moved. Kathryn, I have a son living in Australia; we were fortunate to visit your beautiful New Zealand in 2013.
May you find peace and love through your family and friends in this time of sadness. Blessings. Barb Ziolkowski

I have very fond memories of your lovely and hardworking parents. I remember seeing them at the LWW store often. Your mom was always friendly and kind, always asking about our family and brightening my day. God bless you all.

Bob, Marilyn and I would talk about "The good old days" once and awhile and, of course, Don And Sophies' Grocery Store came up. There were so many good memories from those days. Your parents were hard workers and "GOOD PEOPLE". They have always been missed. Our condolences go out to the entire family. Sincerely, Bob and Rich Joo and Marilyn Joo Molnar
