Patricia F. Skudlarek

Patricia F. Skudlarek, 86, of Holy Cross Village, Notre Dame, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017, surrounded by her family.  She was born on March 27, 1931, in South Bend, Indiana, to the late Ben and Betty (Wagner) Chachulski. Patricia married Robert R. Skudlarek, who preceded her in death in 2007. She is survived by two daughters, Mary J. (John) Madderom of Kiawah Island, South Carolina and Robyn Skudlarek of Kapaau, Hawaii; two sons, Martin J. Skudlarek of Houston, Texas and David M. Skudlarek of Oak Park, Illinois; four grandchildren, Sarah Klapperich, Grant, Emily and William Skudlarek. Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Chachulski; and her brother, Gerald Chachulski. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, South Bend. Private family interment will take place in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Notre Dame, Indiana.
