Marilyn J. Keen

Marilyn J. Keen, 81, of Cordova, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018 in Grace Healthcare of Cordova.  Marilyn was born on September 24, 1936 in LaPorte, Indiana to Walter and Katheryn (Hardy) Menzel.  She had lived most of her life in the South Bend area.  Marilyn retired in 2000 from RACO.  On March 29, 1958 she married John A. “Babe” Keen, who preceded her in death on May 13, 1981.  She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Robert D’Orso; and her brother, Robert C. Manzel.  Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Darma D’Orso of Trussville, Alabama; her son Brian Keen of South Bend, Indiana; her grandson, John Thomas D’Orso of Trussville, Alabama; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Manzel of LaPorte, Indiana. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. E.S.T., Saturday, August 18, 2018 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive.  A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. Saturday in the funeral home Marilyn was a member of the I.B.E.W.
