Linda M. Muzzey

Linda M. Muzzey, 63, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Sunday July 8, 2018. Linda was born on March 3, 1955 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Edward and Barbara (Ekbom) Florence. On November 9, 1979 she married Michael Muzzey, who preceded her in death on December 2, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her father, Edward Florence and one brother, Joseph Florence. Linda is survived by her mother Barbara Florence of South Bend, Indiana, one daughter, Lisa Muzzey of South Bend, Indiana; three step sons: Michael Muzzey Jr. of Detroit, Michigan, Martin Muzzey of Detroit, Michigan and Jeff Muzzey of Dove Creek, Colorado; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and one brother Arthur Ekbom of Carson, California. Linda enjoyed crocheting and crafts. She was a simple person who loved her family. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 4:00 and 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Friday July 13, 2018 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home 3545 N. Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN. Burial will be on Saturday July 14 at 11:00 am in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s honor to The Center for Hospice Care.
