Dale K. Fink

Dale Keith Fink, 60, of South Bend, IN passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. He was born to the late Ernest and Mary Alene (Ferris) Fink on March 26, 1958. Survivors include his two sisters, Audrey (Patrick) McFadden of South Bend, IN and Kaylene Fink (Randy Woods) of Mishawaka, IN. His nieces and nephews include Scott (Denise) Crawford, of South Bend, IN, Lori (Joshua) McIntire, of Niles, MI, Joshua (Jessica) Sturgeon of Mishawaka, IN, and Megan (David) Penn of Granger, IN. From these four unions, he had four great nieces, twelve great nephews, and one great great niece.

Dale’s life work was as a mechanic. Many may remember him from his many years of service with Sears and recently with O’Reilly Auto Parts. As a boy and a young adult, Dale enjoyed cooking and canning. His pantry was always well stocked with fruits and vegetables. Dale was also very proud of his gun collection and was a member of the NRA. He also supported his Father at events for the VFW.

Dale has an awesome group of friends. They kept him in their care and were with him until he was called home. His sisters thank you for all your kindness and support to him in his final days. Words can’t express our gratitude.

At Dale’s request, there will be no services. Cremation has taken place. Contributions may be made to the South Bend Center of Hospice in his honor. Online condolences may be left at www.kaniewski.com.
