Mary Ellen Rinehart - Raihani, age 74, died peacefully on March 26, 2019, at Hospice House in South Bend, Indiana, with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 29, 1944 to Charles Edmund & Mary Elizabeth in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School and also received her Master Degree & Bachelors Degree, She was met in heaven by her daughter Branda, her parents, her brothers Charles & Robert and her nephew Robert. She is survived by her daughters: Karen (Joel) and Dawne (Scott), her sister Dawne, her niece and nephews: Debbie (Bill), Gene, David, Michael, Edward (Meg) and Mike (Kathy). Her grandchildren: Bryan (Angie), James, Thomas (Meghan), Joline, Katelyn (Gene), Jesse, Daniel (Jessica), Abigail and Grace. Her great grandchildren: Adam, Brianna, Kade, Samuel and Owen. She will be missed by her extended family, and all the dear friends she has made during her lifetime. Private family services will be at Saint Michael's Catholic Church Cemetery in Galena, Illinois.
