Daniel J. Micinski

Daniel J. Micinski, 52, of Bloomingdale, Illinois, formerly of Naperville, Illinois and South Bend, Indiana passed away on January 6, 2018, after a series of illnesses. He was born on October 22, 1965 in South Bend, to the late Eugene and Virginia (Collins) Micinski. Daniel participated in the Special Olympics and received services from Logan Center. Surviving are his sister, Ann (James) Myrna of Naperville, Illinois; his brother, Michael Micinski of Madison, Wisconsin; nieces, Rachel Myrna, Emma and Sophie Micinski, and nephew, Andrew Myrna. Daniel and his parents were long time members of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in South Bend. Danny enjoyed bowling and going to dances, as well as visiting with relatives. Danny never complained about anything and taught us all the value of unconditional love and acceptance. Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, South Bend. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
