He was born on December 2, 1935 in South Bend, IN and has lived in Mishawaka for 30 years.

He worked as a postal carrier for the city of Gary; at US Steel for 14 1/2 years, and retired from Bull Moose Tube in Elkhart.  He was also part owner of OC Lanes in Osceola, a cherished family business.

His hobbies included bowling, golfing, fishing, gardening, and he loved spending time with family, friends, and his puppies.  He was also a lifelong fan of Notre Dame Sports, the Chicago Cubs, and Green Bay Packers.  He enjoyed listening to his music especially the oldies and Polkas. He loved going to the clubs to listen and dance to the Soundsations.

He served in the Navy Reserves and the Marine Corp during the Korean War.  He was a member of several organizations including PNA 83, Bowler's Country Club, the Marine Corp Club, Army/Navy, and American Legion 357.

He served as a league officer and as a member of the South Bend Bowling Association for over 20 years.  Although he never threw a 300 game, he had several 290s and 700 series.  He carried a 190+ average while only bowling one night a week.  He also coached youth leagues.  He was always willing to help out youth sports by either coaching his daughter's softball team or base umpiring for his grandsons' team and even played softball until the age of 40.

He was preceded in death by his parents Stephen Wroblewski, Stephanie (Stella) Nowostawski, stepfather Frank Nowostawski, daughter Jacquelyn Joyce, brother Frank Nowostawski, uncle Charles (Chuck) Wacunas, and aunt Frances Fozo.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce, daughter Suzann (Ed) Bowker, 3 grandsons, Thomas, Andrew, and Michael Furlow; a great grandson Duncan Furlow, a step grandson Eddie Bowker, step great grandson Brandon Bowker, brother Ray Wroblewski, sister Sue (Doug) Basker, brother-in-law Jerry (Norma) Newsome, nephew & Godson Ray (Cyndy) Wroblewski Jr, Godson Michael Mulhern, 8 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great great nieces and nephews.
