Anne Cecelia Zubler

Anne Cecelia Zubler, 61, of South Bend, IN, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, November 17, 2017 in her home.

She was born on July 25, 1956 to Glenn W. and Patricia A. (Lidecker) Zubler in South Bend, IN, and was a lifelong resident.

Anne graduated in 1975 from the former LaSalle High School in South Bend, IN.

She worked as a Health Aid at Healthwin Specialized Care and also as a Ward Clerk at Cardinal Nursing Home, both in South Bend, IN.

Anne is survived by her parents, Glenn W. and Patricia Zubler of South Bend, IN; her sister, Eileen (Allen) Viduka of Mishawaka, IN; brothers, Michael (Linda) Zubler of Houston, TX; Terry (Cathy) Zubler of Loveland, CO; Glenn (Kristin) Zubler, Jr. of Katy, TX; and Peter (Julie) Zubler of Indianapolis, IN.

Anne was a warm hearted person who didn’t know a stranger.  She brewed and shared coffee with her friends every morning.  Anne loved animals, especially her beloved cat, Toby.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2017 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with Rev. Daryl Rybicki officiating.   Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
