Was surprised to find Alvin on my laptop. I went to grade school with him and worked at the family farm during my youth. Last I saw him was in Tennessee. Arrived late unannounced but Alvin and Edna and family welcomed me and Edna fixed up a great fresh from the garden salad and delicious hot baked dish. Had a fine visit. Then said good-bye never dreaming that would be the last time I would see them on earth.. But, yes. we will :
As the Holy Bible says in I Corinthians 2:9: But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of a man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. ----- AND Alvin loved Him.
